Our 45 to 60 minutes workshops will fit in anyone's schedule, regardless how busy you may be. Here at Aysanda we will help you get the excersice habit back in your life. If you've only got an hour to spare a couple of times a week, then it's really important that you feel you're benefitting from it.

   Joining Aysanda fitness club isn't just about sweating it out in the gym. We offer a huge range of classes and activities that can help you get fitter and healthier. Moderate exercise is proven to boost your immune system. So as long as you're not under the weather to start with, it will make you feel better.   • Yoga Fit
    To overcome daily problems, to listen to your body, to stay fit, to become happier and calmer; after all whatever we do to achieve a balance, to do so in happiness, power and trust we do Yoga.
     

  • Mix + Pilates
    To become fit from the beginning of the day we use a range of exercises and activities like aeroball and dumbell applied in this class making all muscle groups work. Therefore pilates will make you feel more energetic and fit.
     

  • Fat Burn
    This program is designed to burn exessive body fat.
    We begin by Streching and increase activity tempo which facilitates our body to burn fat.
     

  • Spinning
    This program is designed to burn high calories make you feel healthier and look better This class ideally combines low and high effort exercise which conditions our body and helps us lose weight and become fit.
     

  • Detox Gym
    For middle age and older members this class is easy, effective and allows to see results in a short time by eliminating toxine and detoxing your body which helps to reduce anxiety and improve physical health.
