Spinning
This program is designed to burn high
calories make you feel healthier and

low and high effort exercise which

Detox Gym
For middle age and older members this
class is easy, effective and allows to
see results in a short time by
eliminating toxine and detoxing your
body which helps to reduce anxiety and
